Lead improvement projects to improve performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Install a culture of Continuous Improvement through the facilitation of Kaizens and education of improvement techniques. Embrace and drive ConvaTec’s core mission, values, and priorities.

About the role:

Your key duties and responsibilities:
- Supporting the operations team to implement a culture of Continuous Improvement
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma Tools
- Project Management experience is essential
- Data analysis skills
- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Problem solving
- Ability to Coach and train others to deliver improvements
- Ability to engage and empower others
- Proven ability to balance multiple, competing priorities
- Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plus ideally MS Project
- Training or Certification in Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in working in a Manufacturing environment implementing Lean Manufacturing
- Degree in Lean Manufacturing (desirable)
- Position may involve occasional travel requirements. mostly within the UK.
- Site based at Deeside Manufacturing Plant.
