Remote Contract Rust Engineer - Energy
Contract: 6 months | Outside IR35 | £550/day
We’re looking for a Rust Engineer to join a leading energy firm on a 6-month contract while they recruit a permanent hire.
You’ll work on API and web app development within an event-driven AWS environment, collaborating closely with the acting CTO and engineering team.
Key Skills:
- Rust programming (essential)
- Event-driven architecture & asynchronous programming
- AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, etc.)
- API development & integration
- CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes (optional)
- Strong collaboration & independent delivery
Bonus: Experience in energy or similar sectors
