We’re looking for a Regional Operations Supervisor to oversee grounds maintenance services across sites between Southampton and Reading. This is a hands-on operational role, focused on service delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day performance across your area, supporting site teams, maintaining standards, and acting as the key point of contact for clients.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of grounds maintenance services across your area by:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of grounds maintenance contracts
  • Carrying out regular site visits, audits, and quality inspections
  • Supporting and coaching site teams to maintain high standards
  • Building strong working relationships with clients through regular contact and meetings
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs and service levels
  • Leading review meetings and supporting improvement plans
  • Preparing quotes for additional grounds maintenance and tree works
  • Ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Maintaining strong Health & Safety and compliance standards across sites

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping operations
  • Background at Supervisor, Contracts Manager, Operations Supervisor or similar level
  • Experience managing multiple sites within a defined area
  • Confidence dealing with clients and attending review meetings
  • Experience producing quotes for additional works
  • Strong understanding of quality control, Health & Safety, and RAMS
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable prioritising across sites
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
