Up to £70,000 | Reading (2 days in office) | SaaS | Full Time Perm Contract
A growing SaaS technology business is looking for a commercially minded Contracts Manager to own and manage the full contract lifecycle across customer and supplier agreements.
This role would suit someone with:
Contract management experience in tech/SaaS; or
An in-house commercial legal background; or
A Paralegal / Senior Contracts Specialist background within a SaaS business.
Reviewing and negotiating MSAs, DPAs, SLAs and SaaS subscription agreements
Managing B2B enterprise contracts (UK/EU)
Identifying and advising on commercial and legal risk
Owning the contract repository, renewals and obligations tracking
Supporting GDPR and data governance compliance
Partnering with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Legal
5-8+ years' relevant experience
Strong SaaS contract knowledge
Confident B2B negotiator
Commercially pragmatic with sound risk judgement
Able to manage multiple agreements simultaneously
Salary up to £70,000
Hybrid working (2 days in Reading)
