Role Overview:
Working within the systems team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing control systems for our Transitional Energies department. Based in our Westhill office, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions across both greenfield and brownfield environments. Your expertise will contribute to a wide range of modification and upgrade projects, including Power‑to‑X (PtX), offshore wind and other key technologies that advance Semco Maritime’s position within the global energy transition.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of control system projects, from initial design and specification to testing, commissioning, and ongoing support. You will engage with clients to interpret their requirements, ensure compliance with industry standards, and provide technical knowledge throughout the project. This position offers a dynamic and varied workload, with opportunities for on-site and offshore work, allowing you to apply your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge in real-world settings.
