The successful candidate will have experience as a Plots Sales or Residential Property Conveyancer. Experience undertaking title investigation of purchased properties is desirable but not essential.
You Will Also Have
- Managed your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Experience working under pressure and to tight deadlines, while maintaining great attention to detail.
- The ability to work with high volumes at times, without compromising on service.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills with the ability to produce own work and use case management systems.
- High levels of commercial awareness; keeping up to date and applying changes and developments in this area of law.
