Jones Whyte are looking for an experienced Solicitor to joing our Conveyancing department. We are seeking someone who can demonstate strong teamwork qualities and bring a wealth of expeirence in residential property transactions.

The Role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor you will be managing your own caseload of purchase, sale, and title transfer transactions from the initial instruction to the final completion stage. You will work closely with the team to expedite cases efficiently, upholding high client service standards. Additionally, you will liaise with our valued clients, understanding their requirements, and managing all cases in line with service level agreements and industry best practices.
You will have 1-1 support with a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal who will assist you in all the administrative aspects of your cases alongside a Legal Support Executive and a team of Legal Assistants who support the entire department. This set-up ensures that you are working directly within a small team to ensure the quickest and best outcome for your client.
At Jones Whyte, you are given the autonomy to handle your own cases whilst also having the support from Associate Solicitors and a Partner within the department when required. You will enjoy a high level of client and team interaction - personally managing a busy and complex caseload of property matters, whilst working closely with the rest of the team.
We are open to candidates to be based at our Edinburgh or Glasgow office and we offer hybrid working (3 days in the office).
