Discover more about Lucanet as an employer.We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Corporate Administration Specialist to support our Finance function and ensure smooth day-to-day corporate administration. In this role, you will work closely with and report to our Head of Tax and collaborate with the wider Finance and Legal teams to maintain well-organised and reliable entity administration across the Lucanet group. You will play a key role in keeping our corporate housekeeping running efficiently, with a particular focus on entity documentation, commercial register matters, notary-related work, and statutory filings. Beyond execution, you will actively contribute to building scalable processes, maintaining high-quality templates, and keeping the team ahead of relevant regulatory developments. This position is ideal for someone who combines precision and reliability with a genuine interest in process improvement and modern ways of working, including the confident use of AI tools, in a fast-paced international SaaS environment. A strong understanding of German legal fundamentals, especially in the area of corporate law, will be important for success in this role.
