About The Role

In this role within our wider collections team, your main focus will be to help manage the collections process for our corporate clients. You'll be making outbound calls, ensuring that we're providing excellent service while effectively collecting outstanding payments.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Make outbound calls to corporate customers to arrange collection of outstanding payments
  • Manage accounts with a focus on relationships with customers, ensuring positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all communications and transactions
  • Use systems such as excel to report and track data from our corporate accounts

What we're looking for

You're a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a customer-focused mindset and enjoy helping others while resolving issues effectively. You're a team player, ready to contribute to collective success.

You'll Also Be Able To Demonstrate

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in collections and credit control
  • Proficiency in Excel, including analysis and reporting
  • Background in customer service, with a focus on corporate customers

The package

We offer a basic starting salary of up to £28,000, plus a bonus of up to £1,100. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday.
