A multi-disciplinary advisory firm supporting a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed groups and entrepreneurial clients across the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join its growing team.
This position combines hands-on deal execution with significant client exposure, managing multiple concurrent mandates while working closely with Directors and Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as day-to-day transaction lead across buy-side, sell-side, MBO, MBI and fundraising assignments.
- Manage end-to-end deal processes from mandate through to completion.
- Lead the preparation of Information Memoranda, valuation materials, financial models and management presentations.
- Coordinate due diligence and adviser workstreams, acting as the central point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
To Be Suitable
- Strong corporate finance, M&A or transaction advisory experience within the UK mid-market.
- Proven track record of leading transaction execution across multiple deal types.
- Advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical capability.
- Confident client-facing professional with strong commercial judgement and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
- ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
