  • Using business intelligence and metrics to design, implement, and execute people strategies that align with our corporate objectives.
  • Championing a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders, building people management capability, and supporting succession planning for key roles.
  • Navigating complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
  • Presenting at senior forums and contributing to the ongoing development of our people strategy.

What You Will Bring

  • Significant experience in senior HR roles within large, multi-site organisations.
  • Demonstrable expertise in transformation, change management, and organisational design.
  • Experience supporting corporate functions and leading on redundancy and complex change programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge at executive level.
  • Resilience, commercial acumen, and the ability to build credible relationships at all levels.
  • Chartered CIPD membership (MCIPD) is desirable.

  • Why Ramsay Health Care?

    • Opportunity to move into a more senior, strategic HR role.
    • Be part of a dynamic, values-driven organisation committed to ‘People caring for People’.
    • 28 Days Leave + Bank Holidays
    • Buy & Sell Flexi Leave Options
    • Private Pension (up to 5% employer match)
    • Enhanced Parental Leave Policies
    • Private Healthcare for you and your dependents (includes online GP)
    • Life Assurance (Death in Service)
    • Over 8,000 discounts and special offers via benefits portal & Blue Light Card scheme

    We care.

It’s more than what we do, it’s who we are. Everything we do is about striving to deliver the best care. And it's a belief that's as true today as it was when we welcomed our first patients in 1964.

“The Ramsay Way” culture recognises that our people are our most important asset and this has been key to our ongoing success.

We are proud to support the UK’s Armed Forces and Reservists and have already achieved the Silver Award as part of the MOD’s Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme. The scheme recognises employers who actively support Defence while encouraging other organisations to adopt the same behaviours in their workplace. As a company we are committed to supporting the wider Armed Forces community and this includes our staff as well as our patients.

We are committed to equality of opportunity for all. This position is subject to background and DBS checks.
