About The Role
This is a pivotal, high-profile opportunity for an experienced HR leader to join our People Team as a Corporate People Partner. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering transformational HR initiatives that support our corporate functions and drive strategic change across the organisation.
You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting large-scale transformation, organisational design, and change management programmes. This role requires someone who thrives in complex environments, is comfortable managing big personalities, and has a proven track record of delivering results in large organisations.

About The Role

What You Will Be Doing
- Partnering with the Chief People Officer and senior stakeholders to deliver Ramsay’s People Plan and transformation agenda.
- Leading and supporting major change initiatives, including organisational design, redundancy, and change management.
- Using business intelligence and metrics to design, implement, and execute people strategies that align with our corporate objectives.
- Championing a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Coaching and mentoring leaders, building people management capability, and supporting succession planning for key roles.
- Navigating complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
- Presenting at senior forums and contributing to the ongoing development of our people strategy.
- Significant experience in senior HR roles within large, multi-site organisations.
- Demonstrable expertise in transformation, change management, and organisational design.
- Experience supporting corporate functions and leading on redundancy and complex change programmes.
