The Role
This opportunity sits within the firm’s Corporate & Commercial / Projects team and offers exposure to a mix of corporate transactions, international projects and commercial contract work, particularly within the energy, infrastructure and logistics sectors.
The successful candidate will work on matters including:
- Corporate and M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals, investments and joint ventures
- Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and joint venture documentation
- Advising on international projects and infrastructure developments, including concession agreements and long-term licensing arrangements
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across logistics, transport and infrastructure sectors
- Supporting cross-border transactions, coordinating advice from international offices and local counsel
- Conducting due diligence, transaction management and completion processes
This role provides excellent exposure to international work and complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.
You will be:
- Qualified solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE
- Experience gained within a City, international or leading commercial law firm
Previous experience in energy, logistics, ports, infrastructure or transport sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
