We’re working on an exciting opportunity for a mid to senior Corporate Tax Lawyer to join our client, a leading global law firm, for at least 3 to 6 months.

You’ll become part of a collaborative, high-performing team advising on a wide range of complex and high-profile corporate tax matters. This role offers exposure to multi-jurisdictional projects within a market-leading Tax practice, making it an excellent chance to broaden your experience and work on cutting-edge transactions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising on tax structuring and execution for real estate transactions, corporate M&A, joint ventures, and fund formations
• Providing guidance on international tax structures, cross-border transactions, and structured finance
• Drafting and reviewing tax-related documentation and liaising with internal teams and overseas counsel
• Supporting client relationship management and contributing to strategic solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Broad corporate tax experience gained in a reputable law firm
• Previous exposure to real estate tax and taxation of corporate transactions
• Strong technical skills combined with a collaborative approach

• Full-time assignment (hybrid preferred, with some presence in the London office; fully remote may be considered)
