Job Overview 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.

Duties

• Develop and deliver engaging presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their challenges and provide recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed consultancy services.
• Maintain client's record and data clearly to assist senior management for efficient decision-making. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales/customer service role or similar position. 
• Previous work experience in educational industry is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly and effectively. 
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging audiences of varying backgrounds. 
• Excellent language skills, especially spoken English. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not compulsory.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving. Keen to exceed expectations.
• Proven experience in always hitting targets and meeting deadlines. 

Compensation:

Base salary + attractive commission based on traffic and conversion targets.
