Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Manchester for a CQC Registered Manager – Adult Domiciliary Care. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of domiciliary care services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and delivering exceptional care to clients. Key responsibilities include managing care plans, supervising staff, leading training and development initiatives, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. This role also involves liaising with families and external agencies to provide optimum care and support for clients.

Qualifications
- Experience in Case Management and Training, with the ability to lead, manage, and support care staff effectively
- Knowledge of Elder Care practices, Social Services, and compliance with CQC regulations
- Understanding of fundamental principles in Medicine and health-related care
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to implement and maintain high-quality care standards
- Flexible and compassionate approach to care provision, with a focus on person-centered support
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or equivalent; Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care is desirable
- Experience in adult domiciliary care management and CQC registration is highly preferred
