Your Team Studio News is a branded content agency at the heart of News UK. The video team sits alongside a wider department consisting of creatives, designers, subs, and project managers who are at the top of their game when it comes to producing high-quality print and digital products. We work with a broad spectrum of brands including Range Rover, Diageo, Avanti, and LVMH.

Your Role As a Video Producer for Studio, you will work alongside another producer, reporting to the Senior Creative Producer. You will take ownership of multiple projects, creating high-standard branded content across our world-famous titles. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented producer to manage and deliver creative projects from concept to execution.

Day to day You Will

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned projects under the guidance of the Senior Creative Producer.
Run pre-production independently, ensuring all logistics and resources are in place for a successful project.
Lead shoot days with a commanding presence to ensure the creative vision is captured efficiently.
Oversee post-production workflows to ensure all assets are delivered on schedule and to brief.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative video ideas and contribute to costings for sales pitches.
Communicate parameters around timings, costs, and resource needs to ensure expectations remain realistic for all stakeholders.
Maintain constant communication throughout project cycles, providing frequent updates to clients and internal teams.

what we're looking for from you

Support cross-departmental collaboration by managing video projects and building project timelines alongside project managers.
Source and negotiate quotes with vendors and partners to ensure the highest quality creative product within budget.

Experience producing marketing and advertising content for well-known brands or within an agency environment.

Experience in commercial video production and branded content, with a deep understanding of social platforms and native content creation.

Proactively identify ways to add value to the creative process through savvy production management and solution-oriented thinking.

Demonstrate an understanding of camera techniques and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Premiere Pro.

Present a "black book" of industry contacts and maintain a vendor sourcing database with the wider production team.

Adapt to fluid situations confidently, knowing when to stick to a plan or pivot to solve problems effectively.

Foster an open-minded and inclusive mindset while encouraging collaboration through a clear and open communication style.
