Position
Working within the Finance department, the Credit Controller will play a key role in supporting both the team and the wider College by recovering aged and outstanding invoices and maintaining the accuracy of the accounts receivable ledger. You will contact customers with overdue balances in a professional, fair, and customer-focused manner, working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure strong and positive external relationships are upheld.
In addition, you will assist with updating and improving customer data within the Colleges customer register, contributing to the ongoing modernisation and enhancement of our finance systems.
This is a part-time position (21 hours per week) offered on a fixed-term contract for three months.
