Position Overview
As a Credit Controller at Advania UK, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the business by managing client accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving queries.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a diverse customer ledger, including high-value and complex accounts.
- Proactively contact customers to confirm invoice receipt and approval for payment.
- Secure remittance advice to ensure timely and accurate payment allocation.
- Communicate confidently and professionally via phone and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage nonstandard customer requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy, you take pride in getting things right.
- A professional and mature approach to customer interactions.
- A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong numerical ability and comfort working with figures.
- Solid IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and bespoke systems.
Our Selection Process
After you make your application, it will be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team. Please note there is a short online test to complete prior to the interview stage. If you are progressed through to this round the team will provide the guidance to complete this. After the online test, there will be two stages of interview where you will meet your future finance colleagues.
