In this role you will manage a portfolio of customers within a Credit Control environment and manage these within the KPI controls. This role is working 40 hours per week in our Hull office

Responsibilities And Duties
- To take complete ownership of workload, working from daily work list to control the outstanding debt from customers
- Build relationships with customers and branch directors and their teams to facilitate swift resolution.
- To ensure that the status and notes on all accounts are kept up to date.
- Prepare written correspondence as necessary regarding customer accounts.
- Control customer accounts as necessary to ensure customer is working within credit limits, dealing with overtrading and maintaining stop dates.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Computer literate with a high attention to details
- Be both assertive and tenacious whilst also flexible in their approach
- Be a team player who is a good communicator, at all levels
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good knowledge of Credit Control
