Role overview
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing your own ledger and supporting the effective collection of outstanding debts across UHY. Building on a solid understanding of accounts receivable processes, aged debt reporting and credit risk, the role combines technical expertise with relationship management skills to ensure prompt and professional credit control.
Working with limited supervision, you will communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, identifying and escalating risks, and actively participate in workstreams that add value to the credit control function.
You are expected to uphold UHY’s values, develop knowledge of service lines and key contacts, and act as a role model for junior members of the team.
As part of your ongoing professional development, we will support you in undertaking CICM study and other training as directed, if required. You will also mentor junior colleagues, provide guidance, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality service.

Working arrangements
The working week: 35 hours per week per week (Monday-Friday) to be worked from 09:30-17:30 with flexibility of hours to meet specific work demands.
