In This Role You Will
- Monitor portfolio performance against key indicators, pro-actively identifying risks and highlighting opportunities to support sustainable growth
- Develop and refine credit risk strategies to support data-driven decisions that balance customer needs and business goals
- Experience analysing data using software such as SAS, SQL, R, Stata, or Python
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- A keen interest in retail banking, risk management, analytics, or business performance
