We are seeking a proactive and experienced Critical Facilities Engineer (cooling) to support the delivery of best-in-class service across our global portfolio of 180+ data centre and critical environment contracts. Our Operational Services team provides full lifecycle support for critical assets - from planned and preventative maintenance to 24/7 emergency response, helpdesk and remote monitoring.
In this field-based role, you will act as the subject matter expert for critical cooling systems, ensuring the highest standards of operational performance and uptime. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance, manage vendors, and provide expert technical support across chilled water, DX, CRAC, and chiller systems in live data centre environments.
This is a mobile role covering the North of England with participation in a 1 in 3 on-call rota.

Other information: The role is a full-time field-based position based in the North of England, ideally in either Staffordshire or Derbyshire. The base salary will be commensurate with experience and is expected to be highly competitive.
