We’re looking for a Freelance CRM Account Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of insight-led CRM campaigns for a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, you’ll play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention and lifetime value through commercially focused CRM activity. This is a brilliant opportunity for a delivery-focused CRM specialist who thrives on managing timelines, optimising performance and working closely with creative and stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns from briefing through to deployment
• Bridge strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure commercially focused output
• Scope, manage and track campaign timelines and deliverables
• Ensure accurate campaign setup and smooth execution
• Work closely with creative teams to develop high-quality campaign assets
• Continuously optimise CRM performance to drive engagement, retention and LTV
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role
• Strong strategic approach to problem solving with a commercially minded outlook
• Excellent client servicing / stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing campaign delivery from planning to deployment
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple timelines
Project Scope & Duration - 31st March 2026 – 31st July 2026
Day Rate - £325 per day (via umbrella company)
Location & Workplace Policy - Hybrid, 3 days pw office bases
IR35 Status - Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
