Your role in the Team's Success
We’re looking for a CRM Manager on an initial 6-month contract to help scale our acquisition and activation efforts, with a strong focus on driving incremental new customers.
You will own lead-generation activities and incentives, and your mandate is to build scalable campaigns and automated journeys that measurably increase activation and early customer value.
This role is based in our London office and works closely with the wider CRM team to deliver impact while following established processes and practices. We’re problem-solvers who move at pace and execute accurately, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, MarTech and Analytics to define and deliver our multi-channel CRM strategy (email, push, in-app, SMS, etc.).
This role is ideal for someone who thrives when solving customer problems through CRM and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done quickly, accurately and efficiently. If you’re proficient with Braze, Liquid and SQL, even better.

What You'll Do
Your responsibilities
- Own the delivery, scaling and measurement of our incentive programme across acquisition lifecycle stages, making sure our comms are in line with CRM best practices, creative standards and compliance requirements.
- 100% delivery of our incentive campaigns with clear scalable solutions to deliver increased efficiency and decreased time-to-market.
- Demonstrable incremental upift in new customers
- Multiple automated incentives and lead-gen journeys live
- Clear evidence of scalable impact from our side product launch
- Well-documented playbooks
- Min. 5 years experience in CRM
- Experience in product-driven tech companies / fintech / high-frequency digital products
- Experience with HTML, CSS coding
- Experience with SQL and other analytical tools lie Looker, GA etc.
