You will play a key role in the development, enhancement, and integration of a marketing-focused CRM platform, ensuring it connects effectively with internal systems and third-party applications. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will design and implement scalable CRM and integration solutions while maintaining high standards of data integrity and system performance.
Alongside hands-on development, the role also includes technical leadership and team management responsibilities, overseeing team members involved in CRM implementation, integration work, and supporting applications. You will help define technical specifications, guide development solutions, and ensure best practice across CRM, integrations, and supporting technologies.
