We are recruiting for a Cultural Learning & Participation Officer (Apprentice) at Hampton Court Palace, giving you a fantastic opportunity to grow your IT and Technical Support skills whilst working at the beautiful Hampton Court Palace.
Being an apprentice is an exciting challenge – often demanding but hugely rewarding. You will be training within a heritage environment, working alongside and learning from our experienced and dedicated team, developing skills and knowledge.
The role will involve assisting the Communities Partnerships Manager in setting up learning spaces, including meeting & greeting participants of events. This role will require you to communicate effectively with your colleagues, supervisors and manager, while provide excellent customer service to all guests of Hampton Court Palace.

- Monitoring the team email account, responding quickly to questions and raising any issues with relevant colleagues.
- Setting up learning spaces for meetings, events and activities.
- Meeting and greeting participants for visits and events.
- Sharing clear verbal and written communications internally and externally about upcoming activities and events.
- Coordinating and providing for the website about the community programme.
