Swift is the UKs market-leading leisure vehicle manufacturer, known for quality, innovation and excellent customer service. We are looking for an organised and proactive Customer Experience Administrator to support our busy Customer Experience team.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Experience Administrator to provide daily operational support to our Customer Experience team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth delivery of recall and campaign activity, managing data and systems, and supporting colleagues across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Youll also act as the Zendesk Administrator, becoming the in-house expert and helping to continually improve system performance and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recall and campaign administration, including proactive chasing and updates
  • Monitor and update supplier referrals, escalating issues where required
  • Act as Zendesk Administrator, maintaining and improving system performance
  • Maintain dealer measurement data for the Approved Dealer Programme
  • Administer the My Swift Life customer portal
  • Produce KPI reports for the department
  • Support warranty claim processes
  • Provide admin cover and support for team members during holidays or absence
  • Work collaboratively and support Swifts EPIC culture

    • Strong numerical and data handling skills
    • Excellent organisation and planning ability
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and data analysis
    • Ability to work calmly under pressure with a flexible, can-do attitude
