ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving customer-focused initiatives aimed at strengthening engagement and revenue growth within Launchmetrics’ existing client base. From expanding our network and acquiring new contacts within existing customer accounts to identifying opportunities, developing campaigns, managing execution, and measuring results, this role ensures every initiative drives upsell potential and directly contributes to revenue growth.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams -including Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations- the Executive will lead the planning and execution of customer marketing programs. This includes physical and digital events, 1:1 account workshops and targeted digital campaigns through email.
Additionally, the role requires a strong business mindset and data-driven approach to continuously assess the impact of customer initiatives, identify areas of growth within the client portfolio and translate insights into actionable strategies that support both customer value and company revenue objectives.
