Do you have a natural flair and interest in Customer Service and enjoy building long term relationships? SHL is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our Enterprise Accounts Team. As our new Customer Operations Specialist, you will provide the operational backbone that ensures SHL delivers outstanding customer experience. You will assist onboarding, reporting, and customer health monitoring, working hand in hand with Customer Engagement Managers and Account Directors. Your role is to enable the front-line teams to shine by driving consistency, efficiency, and excellence across every customer interaction.

What you will be doing: 

 


  • Deliver structured onboarding programs that set customers up for success. 
  • Guide customers through solution launch and adoption tailored to customer needs. 
  • Monitor customer usage, generate reports, and highlight trends and risks. 
  • Support Customer Engagement Managers in preparing for quarterly business reviews and executive engagements. 
  • Provide data and insights that help account directors identify and act on growth opportunities. 
  • Contribute to SHL’s global centre of excellence, sharing best practices and process improvements. 
  • Participate in the development of internal initiatives to improve onboarding, support and engagement workflows. 


What we are looking for from you:  

Essential: 

  • Excellent organisation and project management skills with attention to detail. 
  • Skilled in usage tracking, reporting, and customer health analysis. 
  • Strong facilitation and training delivery abilities. 
  • Experienced in CRM and customer success tools. 
  • Service-oriented mindset, focused on enabling scale and efficiency. 


Desirable: 

  • Proactive problem-solving
  • Basic platform training delivery
  • Strategic thinker who can translate customer needs into actionable engagement strategies. 
  • Excel & PowerPoint.


The candidate must have the right to work in UK.
