Job Summary
The customer relationship marketing manager will own demand generation and lifecycle marketing across Helix International Group’s specialist brands – Ark Workplace Risk, QUOODA and Firetecnics Systems – with a mandate to generate high-quality leads and pipeline through multi channel campaigns and HubSpot driven CRM programmes.
Operating within a private equity backed, performance driven environment, this role is accountable for building and executing the Group’s lifecycle campaign strategy across channels such as outbound email, website, webinars, events and account based marketing, and for reporting on commercial performance at every stage of the funnel.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will combine strategic planning with hands on execution, ensuring that marketing investment translates into measurable revenue growth, improved MQL to SQL conversion, and increased customer lifetime value.
This is a hands-on role combining commercial acumen and customer focus with requiring strong operational execution abilities. You will work closely with Commercial, Product, Technical and Analytics teams to ensure customer lifecycle strategy drives demand and, ultimately, growth across the Group.
