Job Description
Ultra Precision Control Systems (PCS) are looking for a Customer Account Administrator to join the Customer Services Function. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for delivering an exemplary standard of customer service to all of our customers.
You will represent the customer and ensure that their voice is heard and acted upon within Ultra PCS, whilst also understanding and working towards the goals of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly reconcile the MRP order book with the customers’ own view of demand & participate in reviews with Customers as required.
- To process customer orders onto the MRP system.
- To issue order acknowledgements to the customer which accurately reflect the Company’s conditions of acceptance.
