As a Customer Service Administrator you'll handle a variety of key and important administrative tasks, including booking installers for installation appointments while coordinating deliveries, supporting the resolution of customer issues and processing installer invoices. - Proactively resolve queries and concerns across various contact channels.
- Coordinate customer deliveries with installation appointments and availability.
