Salary: £23,902 + Bonus Scheme
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our existing customers who take card payments / merchant services with us. You will deal with their enquiries and provide them with a First-Class experience, interacting with them to ensure every step is taken to provide them with a first-time round solution.

- Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox, ensuring that emails are responded back to in a timely manner, with professionalism shown throughout
- Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures
- Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams

- Up to 10% performance related bonus per annum
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no evenings, weekends or bank holidays
Hybrid working model: The choice to work remotely for three days
