The Opportunity
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for Administering Life Insurance and Income Protection schemes. Responding to broker and client inquiries via email. Primary responsibility will be:
- Receiving incoming calls from customers.
- Updating systems to maintain accurate client data.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs.
- Managing cases to minimize business risks.
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery with every interaction.
You’ll collaborate closely with external clients, sales, underwriting and all operational departments in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.
What You Need To Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- Able and willing to work a hybrid arrangement, 2 days in the Brighton office per week
- Customer Service, and/or Administration gained from a similar industry/regulated like Financial Services, Utilities etc
- Confidence in dealing with customers on the telephone
- Able to thrive in a busy environment
- A - C in English & Maths GCSE or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Ability to interact professionally with people at all levels
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Insurance Industry Certifications (CII)
- Previous Group Risk Insurance experience
