Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Coordinator role based in Enniskillen. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer enquiries by phone and email, providing timely and accurate information on orders, deliveries, and products. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and sales to ensure customer requirements are understood, documented, and met. The coordinator will maintain customer records, update CRM or relevant systems, and support the preparation of quotes, reports, and service documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring customer feedback, helping resolve issues or complaints, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams
· Expedite orders through internal and external liaison.
· Coordinate with internal departments including sales, purchasing and production to ensure smooth delivery
· Report and record customer complaints, delivery failures, and returned loads.
· Perform other general administrative duties as required, keeping on top of multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
· Knowledge and experience of working with an MRP system.
· Solid working knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel.
· Administrative experience
· Understanding of financial decision-making.
· Proficient computer knowledge and skills with experience of ERP systems including forecasting, invoicing, and MS Office.
