We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator (part time) to join our friendly team at Tarmac ‘Hub’ in Mountsorrel, Quorn, near to Loughborough, Leicestershire. Working 20.5 hours per week the shift pattern will be Monday 8 hrs, Tuesday 8 hrs, Wednesday morning 4 hrs and 1 in every 8 Saturdays. Hours are dependent on business needs. This is a great opportunity to join a successful Customer Service team engaging with customers via telephone and email to ensure orders are progressed speedily.
As well as Loughborough this role is easily accessible from Leicester, Melton Mowbray, Barrow upon Soar, Syston, Shepshed, Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Ibstock, Swadlincote, Measham, Tamworth, Atherstone, Hinkley, Nottingham, Derby, Long Eaton, Kegworth, Burton upon Trent and the surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor the role of Customer Service Coordinator will work cross-functionally within our Customer Service Team and be the initial point of contact for our customers.
Your role as a Customer Service Coordinator will include:
- Responsibility for customer enquiries via telephone, online and email orders from initial contact through to delivery
- Providing customers with an excellent customer service experience ensuring high level of customer care and attention at all times
- Completing data entry and order processing tasks
- Collaborating within the team and other stakeholders to clarify facts, exchange information, support colleagues and resolve queries
