About the Role
Operational Administration:
- Organising weekly packs for operations
- Processing of calibration orders, including raising pro-forma invoices
- Chasing proforma invoices for payment
- Processing and printing calibration certificates
- Invoicing any despatched goods
- Assisting customers with follow up of calibration progress
Customer Service:
- Answering calls and enquiries
- Sending quotes to customers
- Loading new orders
- Requesting lead times for orders and quotes from Operations
- Processing repair orders
General:
- Supporting colleagues across the team where required
- Other duties consistent with the scope/grade of the position as may be required from time to time
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above (including English, Math’s), or equivalent training or experience
- Associated work-related Degree
Required Skills
- Previous office administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administrative experience with a focus on organisational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
