We are looking for a Customer Success & Insights Manager to join the team. In this role, you will help drive growth by ensuring prospective and existing clients clearly understand where Pricing Monkey adds value, and by supporting them in using the platform effectively in real trading and analysis workflows. You will also help guide sales strategy and the customer journey experience from data insights.
This is not a support-only role. You will take full ownership of the customer success pipeline, blending business development, account management, data-driven insights, and close collaboration with product to drive growth and build durable client relationships.
