The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality early intervention mental health support within the Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) Early Intervention Pathway.
The role involves providing both operational and clinical leadership to multidisciplinary teams working within the mild-to-moderate children and young peoples mental health pathway. You will support the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care, ensuring children and young people receive timely and appropriate support to meet their needs.
