Job Description:
- Act as Design Authority for the Service Line aligned to your domain expertise within Managed Services.
- Provide technical direction and ensure architectural integrity across large-scale client environments.
- Deliver expert strategy advisory support for Managed Services accounts, new bids, and transitions.
- Manage senior internal and external stakeholders while building strong client relationships.
- Ensure alignment with service strategy, standards, governance, contracts, and commercial frameworks.
- Guide engineering teams and maintain awareness of emerging technologies within the security domain.
