As a CyberArk Architect, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the end-to-end architecture and high-level design of our identity security ecosystem. You will lead the transition from project-based deployments to a continuous security program, ensuring that all privileged credentials—human or machine—are secured, rotated, and monitored across hybrid-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of CyberArk PAM (Self-Hosted or Privilege Cloud) components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA.
- Secrets Management: Own the architecture for CyberArk Conjur and Credential Providers to secure DevOps pipelines, containers (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and CI/CD tools.
- Governance & Strategy: Develop and maintain reference architectures, "gold standard" policies, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.
- Cloud & Hybrid Integration: Architect secure access for multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems like AD/Entra ID, SIEM (Splunk/Sentinel), and ITSM (ServiceNow).
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in IAM/PAM, specifically in Cyber Ark Architecture
- Should have good experience in CyberArk PAS Suite, Conjur, Secrets Manager, EPM, and Alero/Remote Access.
- Good experience in Windows/Linux Server Admin, Active Directory/LDAP, Networking (Firewalls, Load Balancers), and PKI.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP security, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
Certifications
CyberArk CDE (Certified Delivery Engineer) or Guardian (Mandatory); CISSP or CISM (Preferred).
