D365 BC Presales Solution Architect

Dynamics 365 ERP, BC, NAV, Supply Chain
- Lead presales discovery sessions to understand customer goals, processes, and pain points
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures
- Design end-to-end ERP solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central and the wider Microsoft ecosystem
- Deliver product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution documentation
- Advise customers on best practices, implementation approaches, and roadmap planning
- Collaborate with sales, functional consultants, and technical teams to shape winning bids
- Provide effort estimates and high-level project scoping
- Stay current with product updates, licensing, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Strong presales or solution architecture experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Background in ERP consulting, implementation, or solution design
- Experience running workshops and customer-facing presentations
- Proven involvement in bids, proposals, and demos
- Deep understanding of Business Central modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, etc.)
- Solution design across integrations, extensions, and ISV ecosystems
- Strong business process mapping and requirements analysis
- Excellent stakeholder communication and storytelling skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to articulate value & ROI
