We’re looking for a D365 F&O Finance Business Support Partner to join our IT team at AMFRESH Group. This is a pivotal role acting as the primary IT contact for our Finance function, ensuring D365 Finance & Operations is fully supported, optimised, and aligned with business needs across multiple sites. This role can be based in the UK (Peterborough or Alconbury) or Valencia area Spain.
You’ll build strong relationships with Finance stakeholders, translating business requirements into practical ERP solutions. The role involves owning and enhancing core finance modules including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, and Budgeting, while leading system improvements and supporting wider digital transformation initiatives.
You’ll also provide second- and third-line ERP support, drive system optimisation, maintain data integrity, and act as the key liaison between the business and third-party providers.
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ ERP experience and strong knowledge of D365 F&O, alongside a solid understanding of ERP architecture, reporting, and database tools. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, and fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Experience in a similar IT/business support role and familiarity with Office 365, Visio, and DevOps would be advantageous.
