We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Newham Rise team. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work flexibly and creatively to manage the data admin team in Newham.
You will ensure that service users have a safe space to access support and treatment, in a way that best meets their needs. You will also be responsible for managing a team of people in varied roles, including but not limited to
- Clinical Administrators
- Data Administrators
- Receptionists
- Data Analysts
You will be responsible for ensuring data collected at the service is of a high quality and work with the wider leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement. You will oversee submissions to NDTMS, regulators, commissioners and external partners.

Full Time Hours 37.5 per week per week
Full Time Salary Range £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 (pro rata for part time hours)
Allowance Inner London Weighting £4,133.14 (pro rata for part time hours)
Contract permanent
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Role Specific responsibilities
- Line management of a team of administrative staff which includes supervision, appraisal, performance and sickness management as well as ensuring staff follow CGL and external policies applicable to their roles.
Knowledge and experience of delivering services which evidence high performance and quality standardsThe willingness to keep up-to-date will local and national trends and undertake own training and development as requiredUnderstanding of the harmful effects associated with smokingA clear understanding of data protection, information sharing and confidentiality issuesExcellent minute taking skillsExperience of chair team meetingsKnowledge of Health and Safety requirements and proceduresExperience of the effective use of leading on supervision
