At Kantar, you'll join a team that sits at the heart of how data becomes decisions. As a Data Analyst in our Panels Performance & Business Intelligence team, you'll strengthen the analytical foundations that underpin our panel solutions. Working closely with colleagues across data science, engineering, technology and our Global Delivery Centres, you'll help ensure our models are robust, scalable and genuinely useful for clients and internal teams alike.
This role is ideal if you enjoy combining analytical thinking with practical delivery - taking models from idea to production, spotting opportunities for improvement, and explaining complex findings in a way that others can act on.

Working closely with colleagues across data science, engineering, technology and our Global Delivery Centres, you'll help ensure our models are robust, scalable and genuinely useful for clients and internal teams alike.

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining and improving analytical models used in day-to-day panel operations
- Analysing model outputs to identify performance issues and opportunities to enhance results
- Working with global delivery and technology teams to support production-ready data models and BI solutions
- Running statistical and exploratory analyses to uncover actionable insights
- Communicating analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity for data
- Flexible hybrid working (two to three days in the office)
