We are currently recruiting for a Data Analytics Manager to join a leading sports organisation as they continue to invest in their data and analytics capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how customer data is used to drive engagement, commercial growth and strategic decision-making.
What you'll be doing:
• Developing customer analytics models including segmentation, propensity modelling and customer lifetime value (CLV)
• Building and maintaining analytics solutions using Python, SQL and AWS technologies
• Creating Tableau dashboards and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Partnering with Marketing, Commercial and Digital teams to support customer engagement, campaign effectiveness and personalisation initiatives
• Presenting complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
What they're looking for:
• Experience within Data Science, Customer Analytics or Advanced Analytics roles
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience building predictive or customer-focused analytical models
• Knowledge of AWS analytics tools and Tableau or similar BI platforms
• Experience working with CRM, marketing or customer data in a commercial environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
