Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Regional Applications Team in the position of Data & Automation Engineer.
This position is responsible for managing data related requests for EMEA and Americas. It comprises two main functions of delivering outputs, such as ETL processes, data warehousing and data modelling, and automating solutions for business users.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define data needs across systems and develop and implement custom solutions with focus on Fabric and Azure
- Create and manage data pipelines and data warehouses using Microsoft Fabric and other tools
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain engineering, or supply chain logistics
- Five years of Microsoft Fabric (or equivalent) expertise
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform and other MS Azure Technologies
- Strong knowledge and experience with relational databases and building complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, .Net, C#, Java or other configuration/scripting type technology is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving, project management, and teamwork/collaboration skills
