Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: London (with travel to data center sites and events across Europe as required)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About Us

We’re reinventing how the world uses data centres. Think flexible, optimised colocation services tailored for your requirements – all with the very best customer support you can imagine. And because our data centers are powered by sustainable energy, it doesn’t cost the Earth either. It’s the perfect environment where everyone thrives – you and the planet.

Verne has been recently acquired by Ardian and is currently investing massively into new data centre capacity and needs additional people to support this growth. We need self-driven, experienced, motivated and focused new team members, and offer a dynamic, growth-oriented environment for people to shine and learn.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, you will execute, optimise and scale Verne’s marketing campaigns across key channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering targeted ABM programmes, managing website and SEO performance, overseeing social media activity, coordinating event participation, and driving campaign content with our agency partners.

You will work closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and agency teams to drive high-impact marketing execution that supports pipeline and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Execute targeted ABM programs in HubSpot, aligned to our priority sectors in HPC, AI/Neocloud and Enterprise.
  • Website & SEO: Manage and optimise website content and performance in coordination with our SEO agency.
  • Content & Social: Publish and manage content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Event Support: Coordinate event presence, and follow-up activities in collaboration with sales and partners.
  • Brand Execution: Manage creative output and brand integrity with our design agency, MrB & Friends.
  • Campaign Enablement: Build and maintain marketing assets (landing pages, email workflows, sales collateral) that support the sales funnel.
  • Data & Reporting: Use HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Albacross to report on campaign performance and surface intent signals to Sales.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the data center, cloud, connectivity or enterprise tech sectors.
  • Hands-on campaign execution experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM/MAP system.
  • Strong writing and communication skills across formats – from LinkedIn posts to email nurture flows.
  • Experience managing websites, SEO performance and agency workflows.
  • Understanding of long-lead B2B buying journeys and intent-based marketing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • What We Offer

    • Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, private equity-backed company.
    • A dynamic, innovative, and inclusive working environment.
    • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
    • The chance to work with a talented and ambitious international team.
