We are Sigma Labs, an education focussed B Corp that provides free industry-leading training and coaching to graduates, who are then deployed at clients as high performance consultants in technical and non-technical roles.
How do we do this?
You’ll join our 15 week full-time programme that's led by expert coaches. It’s a hands-on, supportive environment where you’ll learn everything from coding fundamentals and data analytics to professional excellence within collaborative high-performance teams.
After completing your training, we’ll look to place you in a full-time role with one of our brilliant client organisations for two years. By the end of the programme, you’ll have the experience and skills needed to secure permanent offers, promotions and long-term success. To demonstrate this, over 90% of our consultants receive permanent job offers from the Clients they work with, receiving average salaries exceeding £50,000.
What do we offer?

We’re now recruiting for our June Cohort and applications close in mid April, but we encourage you to apply early as places are limited. So click Apply to get started as we can’t wait to hear from you!
