Job Title Day Operator

Location Ashford, Kent, TN24 0LU

Starting Salary £27,595 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)

Hours of Work Alternating 06.00am - 14.00pm / 14.00pm - 22.00pm, Monday - Friday

As our next Operator, you’ll be instrumental in the smooth running of our food production lines and ensuring the safety of our food products. You're not the type to shy away from challenges, and you're not interested in cutting corners, you are excited to problem solve, develop your skills and knowledge, and thrive on delivering an excellent service to our consumers.

This role is certainly not just about cleaning the equipment and looking after the machines where food is packaged or mixed to our recipes. It’s about delivering an excellent service, leading on improvements, and ensuring our food is safe and accessible to our consumers – your friends, family and communities.
